Drawing on many years experience in a wide variety of real estate industry sectors, Mr. Levy and his colleagues can provide valuations of the most complex properties, particularly properties held in partial and/or fractional ownership interests. With the onset of real estate loan securities and the continuation of other multiple ownership patterns such as syndications, joint ventures and public and private partnerships, this specialty has grown increasingly important. Mr. Levy is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), a member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), and a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
